MOVING TO SWITZERLAND WITH MYCHEAPREMOVALS

It is our priority to make your removal to Switzerland as a stress-free experience as possible.

  1. Before you move on to the Instant Removal Quote form, you need to calculate the approximate the volume of your load. You can choose between the variety of options: 5m3, 10m3, 15m3, 20m3 or 30m3 and above, as well as some non-standard options (ask our Customer Service Specialist for more details – [phone_number]).
  2. The smallest volumes – 5, 10 and 15 m3 –  are part load options, which means that you will share the loading space of the van with the other customer. Also, the smallest options require some flexibility from you as it comes to the collection time slot. The bigger volume options – 20m3, 30m3 and above, are full van options, which enable you to choose the exact date and time of the pick-up.
    In these options you will not share the van with anyone else, so the delivery time will be shorter than in part-load options. If you are not sure which volume option you need, you can check our VISUALISATION OF EACH VOLUME.
  3. As you know the volume you require, it is time to ask for a quotation. You can either send it to yourself by filling in the Instant Removal Quote at the top of this page or by calling our Customer Service Specialist on [phone_number].
    An email with the quotes for all available volumes should appear in your email box a moment after you click the button EMAIL ME QUOTE. You can decide which volume to choose anytime, as the email with quotes is valid for a few months. You will also need this email for online booking, so make sure you don’t lose it.
  4. If you want to book a removal with us, please go to the email with the quote and click the button BOOK NOW next to the volume option you need. After that, our website will guide you through our online booking process. In order to secure your order, you will be asked to pay 10% of the total price as a deposit.
    Next, our Customer Service will contact you, to confirm the addresses of collection and delivery. What is more, the Customer Service will be at your disposal from Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 05:00 pm, in order to answer all of your questions.
  5. At least one day before the collection date, you will get a message with all the information concerning the collection and delivery, as well as the van and driver assigned to your move. Our driver will help you with loading and unloading your goods. The first hour of our driver’s assistance if free, yet if you need some additional time of his help, you will need to pay him directly £20 per every extra hour.
