    • an inventory list that includes the measurements, weight, volume and value of all the items. You will be provided with a blank document after the booking,
    • copy of your passport/ ID.

    Those two documents should be sent to our Customer Service representative at least one day before the collection.

  5. At least one day before the collection date, you will receive an email with all the details of the collection and delivery, as well as the van and driver assigned to your removal. Our helpful driver will assist you with loading and unloading. The first hour of our driver’s help if free, but if you need some extra time of his help, you will be charged £20 per every additional hour.
